Her name wasn't Louangelina, but it was an equally etherial, unusual name that put a knot in my stomach. She was tall. She was dark and mysterious. She didn't wear pigtails or talk to herself in public or wear dresses over jeans, she had me by a mile. I learned so much from a woman whose manicured hand I never shook. But thank God for the Louangelinas in the world, they teach us to grow up or give up, and I choose grow up, Bob, for $500.
